WHAT IS AN ACTOR ATHLETE?
What is an Actor Athlete? It is an actor who has improved their ability by applying athletic concepts to their preparation to improve their performance.
Acting is living in the moment, being able to capture an audience with words off a page that you, the actor, must bring to life. Actor Athlete teaches the necessary technique to live and stay in that moment to make your performance resonate and be memorable.
